We currently deliver a weekly youth theatre for young carers aged 10 – 18 years, living in Bristol. This happens on Thursday evenings during term times, and we often run daytime sessions during school holidays too.

All self-identified young carers aged 10-18 are welcome to join us.

Our young carers have also produced their very own films during lockdown, original stories that have premiered to an audience of their families and friends – you can see these films over on YouTube:


acta is proud to have supported hundreds of Young Carers to create original theatre over the years we have worked with them, and are delighted to have seen so many grow with acta and progress into adult theatre groups.
