Director of CROWN//تاج, Maria Tarokh will be leading a free movement workshop on Saturday 28th October, 10am – 11.30am in the acta Centre.
The workshop will incorporate Classical Persian dance and contemporary dance. You’ll work on basic technique, movement exploration and learning choreography developed for the touring production of CROWN// تاج,, showing at acta as part of Platforma 2023.
Featuring a fun, dynamic soundtrack mixing classical Persian music with electronica.
With support from musician Mario Christofi.
Open to all levels and genders, but you’ll need to be over sixteen years old.
